Yay I found a pic of my truffles!! I can make any filling you can dream of but what I have done in the past are: caramel, rum, dark chocolate, vanilla, key lime, peanut butter, raspberry, strawberry, and blueberry. The outside is made of milk, dark, or white chocolate. THe ones pictured were for a Christmas party, hence the red and green!
