House update with pictures!!
Phase one is complete!! The house is painted – yay 
The new vanity in the guest bathroom is installed, the blinds are installed, the accordion shutters are up, and we have begun to put up the fans and light fixtures.
Below are pictures from today – I think the colors are much better in this round of photos, plus I took front and back exterior. We obviously still need to landscape and put up a fence. The green on the bedroom floors is still the padding, but the actual carpet will be an off-white color.
